Torrellafuda talayotic village<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Torrellafuda is a small Talayotic site near Ciutadella with unrestricted access that stands in a shady old wild-olive grove.<\/h2>\n

You will find the remains as soon as you begin to walk along the access track: first you come to the burial chambers<\/b>, and then you walk right around the talaiot<\/i><\/b>. Behind, you will find the taula <\/i><\/b>enclosure with the remains of a few dwellings. Encircling the site there are the remains of a rubble-filled wall<\/b>, with two access gates, that have been modified substantially by more modern dry-stone walls. This settlement was inhabited until the end of the Roman occupation.
\n\u2022<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0There is unlimited and free access to the site.<\/p>\n

How to get there<\/strong><\/h2>\n

<\/i> <\/i> Torrellafuda <\/b>is\u00a09 km from Ciutadella<\/b>. At about kilometer 37 of the main Ma\u00f3-Ciutadella road (as you come from Ciutadella) you will see on the right a dirt track that will take you to Torrellafuda<\/b>. First, you approach the farm of Son Sintes<\/b>, which you circumnavigate for 1 km as far as the parking area. A small path takes you through the fields to the Talayotic site. Please respect the fields and crops.<\/p>\n

<\/i> There is no public transport to the Torrellafuda talayotic village.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span> Torretrencada<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/span> Talayotic settlement, little known and well-hidden. Its main attraction is its taula <\/i>that, although lacking its enclosing walls, is interesting for the lateral column that provides support. \u2022<\/span> Naveta d<\/span>‘es Tudons:<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0 A pre-Talayotic funeral site used between 1200 and 750 BC.
